Choose Initial Chiropractic Assessment when you book your first visit online. You'll receive an intake form to complete beforehand. Prefer help booking, or have a question first? Text or email me.

When you arrive

Look for my name at the entrance. Take a seat in the waiting room, and I'll meet you at your appointment time.

Your assessment and care

Your first visit takes about 40 minutes. We'll talk about your concerns and assess how you move. I'll explain my findings and discuss your options before any treatment.

First visit, fees and billing

TMJ and jaw pain

Jaw pain, locking or difficulty chewing can make everyday things uncomfortable. I'll assess your jaw and neck, explain what I find and discuss care suited to your concerns.

Explore TMJ care

My approach combines chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, exercise and rehab, and sports injury rehab. I also offer cupping, Graston Technique (smooth steel tools for focused soft tissue work), taping and the Activator Method (a small handheld instrument for low-force adjustments). Custom orthotics are fitted in Penticton.

I can come to you

If getting to an appointment is difficult, ask about a home visit. I bring a portable table and treatment equipment; all I need is a clean, clear space to set up.

Available before the room opens. Call or text to arrange a visit. Fees are higher than at my Summerland location to cover travel and setup.

How home visits work

Back home in Summerland

My interest in chiropractic began as a teenager in Summerland, when a local chiropractor gave me exercises chosen for my injury. I went on to study at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto before returning home. I've practised in Penticton since 2024, and from November 18, I'll also be seeing patients on Victoria Road in Summerland every Wednesday.
