Why I became a chiropractor
I grew up in Summerland, spending my teenage years wakeboarding and playing soccer. Along the way, I had injuries of my own and learned how frustrating it can be when pain interrupts the things you enjoy.
A local chiropractor gave me exercises chosen for my injury. That personal approach sparked my interest in chiropractic and still influences the way I work with patients today.
After high school, I worked as a rehabilitation assistant with children and with people recovering from hip and knee replacements. I saw how much a person's own efforts matter in recovery. It's why practical exercises between appointments are an important part of my care.
I moved to Toronto to study at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, then returned home. I've practised in Penticton since 2024 and continue to see patients there on other days. My own Summerland practice lets me care for people in the community where I grew up.
I have a particular interest in sports injuries, headaches and jaw (TMJ) problems. You can see everything I offer on the treatments and conditions pages.
